[ 2009- 2012 ]Balcon conventions series organiser

Most hyped and well branded convention series.
Totalitary Empire universum convention, with background story, and uncommon events (imperial ball, full-convention heroes larp game).
Ingenious branding was created by Jędrzej Yeb Chojnacki.
Balcons was famous for Iron Volunteers team, every worth 10 of others.
This was result of "Team first" appropach.

I was main technician, plot scriptwriter, reservation system keeper, casted as dr Ramielsky, Technological Adventage Minister of Empire and dr Error superhero. My personal succes was convention LARP-like game, where visitors may become heroes or villains, and results of game affects whole convention flow.

[ 2008 - 2016 ]Ramiel - convention registration system creator

First working convention reservation system, and convention flow analytics tool.
Ramiel was queue buster, electronic system was able to pass 1000 fans through the gate without waiting more than 15 minutes.
Designed to work online-offline, with terminals on potato and junk laptops (even P90 at Win95), barcode card support.

Ramiel was outsourced to many conventions, and due to "One user, One number, One System" rule, was able to bust a lot of myths about convention users and frequetion.

Ramiel was closed cause GDPR handling takes to much workload for non-commercial project.

General Polish Cosplay convention flow revolution.
Complete re-design, compilation of best practices and ideas, gathered in one working open solution.
Developed, tested and implemented as countrywide standard in just one year. Most of workflow works to this day.
Succesfull changes:

1. Registration before event, with refs, background music, description and scenario
2. Moving jury presentation from stage event to separate jury round before presentation
3. Convention photo-studio, with session during jury round
4. Kicking out pantyshooters from stage moat
5. Organiser cookbook

Hinomaru was a association of people, which want to develop Polish fandom. Main success of this team was implementing Cosplay 2.0 and other open source workflows.

Budget version of DMX and sound console, written in C++ Borland Builder as BA dissertation.
It allows to play and control sound samples, background music all by keyboard, and control stage lights by LPT port.
It was my cosplay stage setting swiss tool.
